Dwight Funding has provided a $5 million credit facility to new client, I and Love and You, a growth equity back pet food company based in Boulder, CO. The company was looking for a flexible debt facility with no covenants as they expand distribution into additional retailers nationwide and launch new product lines. Proceeds from the facility will be used to fund working capital and growth opportunities.
