Quarterly Consumer Review

5 July 2024

For our second Quarterly Consumer Review of 2024, we’re focusing in on performance-ready products across a variety of consumer categories like food & beverage, beauty, apparel, and more. Whether driven by the influx of athlete-led businesses or typical seasonal patterns, the industry is aligning with consumer preferences and emphasizing functional ingredients and products.

Not everything this past quarter has been clear-cut, though. Amid continued shakeups in the funding landscape and challenges in raising fresh capital, founders have a unique opportunity to become fluent in alternative financing solutions and create a sustainable capital structure. This way, they can equip their businesses to hit growth milestones even in the face of unforeseen market shifts. Let’s dive in.
