Product Manager

Dwight Funding is seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our development team.

In this role, you’ll drive our fintech lending platform forward by managing sprints, defining features, and ensuring we deliver exceptional user experiences that scale with our rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute product roadmap and release schedule
  • Define new features; write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Organize and manage testing activities to ensure product quality Review user feedback and data to identify product improvements
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
  • Provide direct support to clients and troubleshoot issues when needed
  • Create and iterate on wireframes and mockups using Figma
  • Serve as the communication bridge between development team and stakeholders
    Maintain comprehensive product documentation and organized workflow

About You

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience working on a product team, preferably with direct experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent
  • Proven experience leading agile development teams, writing detailed user stories, prioritizing product backlogs, and running effective sprint planning meetings
  • Strong technical background with understanding of web technologies, APIs, and software development principles
  • Highly proficient in Figma for creating wireframes and mockups; design background strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Asana for project management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze user data, conduct market research, and make data-driven decisions
