Dwight Funding is looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack / Machine Learning Engineer to join our Development team.

The role will be responsible for harnessing the power of data and AI to realize our organization's established goals and reveal hidden opportunities. The Machine Learning Engineer will be tasked with building and managing proprietary tools that fuel our growing business, you will identify new and novel data sources and explore their potential use in developing actionable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Harness Dwight’s proprietary data to generate insights that support the entirety of the lending lifecycle, from business development, to underwriting and portfolio management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to gather requirements and design future-proofed, scalable technical solutions that propel our business and industry forward
• Work with the development team and business stakeholders to come up with cutting edge solutions built using Python, Tableau and Machine Learning
• Produce clean, efficient code that provides lift in the sales process, proactively identifies risk to the business, and increases process efficiency. Create technical documentation for reference
• Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and cross-functional collaboration with product team

About You

• 3+ years of industry experience in developing and productionizing applied machine learning for solving business problems
• You have strong experience building and training Machine Learning models and integrating them with external APIs. You’re proficient in Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch or other machine learning / AI frameworks
• You have experience and proficiency with Python, and Tableau
• You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze user data, conduct market research, and make data-driven decisions
• You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, startup environment
